Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement definition to prioritize work and reduce technical debt.
• Adhere to defined release frequency following the SAFe framework.
• Coordinate communication between Dev, Ops, SI, and business stakeholders regarding release content and timelines.
• Identify, manage, and help resolve issues affecting release scope, quality, or schedule.
• Provide production support coordination and PMO O&S perspective for ongoing operations and year-end activities.
