Sunrise Senior Living provides compassionate, safe transportation for residents in Sandy Springs. As a Driver, you will ensure timely trips, assist residents in and out of vehicles, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Strong communication and time management skills essential.
• Ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations.
• Maintain focus on safe driving at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Complete required driving logs and documentation.
• Report resident changes in condition.
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards.
• Assist with activities when not driving.
