Job summary

You will own the program backlog, collaborate with Product Owners, and use KPIs to measure value delivery. A BA/BS with 8+ years of requirements experience and SAFe certification are required. The role offers hybrid work with 1-2 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies.
• SAFe (SA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio management for Agile trains.
• Validate customer needs and collaborate with Product Owners to communicate the vision.
• Own the program Epic/Initiative backlog and prioritize features across teams.
• Use KPIs to measure product performance and influence funding decisions.
