Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Agile Product Manager to represent stakeholder needs across multiple Agile teams within a hybrid work model. You will drive solution concepts, manage Epics, and collaborate with product owners to maintain a clear, value-focused product roadmap.

The role requires strong SAFe knowledge, 8+ years of business/functional requirements experience, and a track record in product ownership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and minimum of 8 years experience writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies.
• SAFe (SA) certification required.
• Leading SAFe (SA) and Product Owner experience preferred.
• Payment Integrity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Agile program backlog and roadmaps.
• Validate customer needs and ensure solution alignment with strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to evolve the product vision for multiple Scrum teams.
• Drive program epics/features for the Agile Release Train with stakeholders.
• Define KPIs to measure product performance and value delivery.
• Support budget discussions and funding requests for value streams.
