Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking an Agile Delivery Specialist to support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and embedded teams. You will coach and facilitate ceremonies, help teams achieve a Definition of Ready, and collaborate with the RTE to coordinate agendas and follow-up actions.

You will guide Product Owners and teams on SAFe, Scrum, and Agile practices, lead story decomposition, maintain backlog health, and surface risks using Jira-based dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/PM or related field.
3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Delivery practitioner in SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

Support ARTs and teams applying Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices to improve delivery.
Facilitate ART and team ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums).
Coordinate ART agendas and cross-team follow-up with RTE.
Coach Product Owners and teams on Agile values and Definition of Ready.
Lead story decomposition to deliver increments of value.
Define/refine features aligned to business outcomes and ART priorities.
Maintain backlog hygiene and readiness standards across teams.
Identify and remove impediments and delivery risks.
Provide Jira dashboards, reports, and metrics to leadership.
