Job summary

Credence seeks a SAF/CNS Division Lead in the Washington, DC area. This senior role coordinates contractor efforts, chairs key integration activities, and serves as the main interface to SAF/CNS leadership.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, translate priorities into plans, and ensure timely, compliant delivery while briefing senior DoD leaders on modernization progress and risks. A Top Secret clearance and 12+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to maintain it during performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT, policy, cloud, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate contractor execution across SAF/CNS work and act as senior division interface to leadership.
• Translate priorities into coordinated work plans and measurable outcomes; align with policy, architecture, and technology integration specialists.
• Brief senior leaders on IT objectives, modernization progress, and risks; manage cross-functional dependencies and staffing.
