Job summary

Credence is seeking a SAF/CNS Division Lead to serve as the senior contractor representative and day-to-day integration lead for all SAF/CNS work. The Lead will also handle eligible CNS assignments while guiding the full team to on-time, technically accurate delivery.

The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance, a strong background in enterprise IT governance, and the ability to work in a hybrid NCR environment serving DoD missions with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required and maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 12+ years in enterprise IT, policy, cloud, cybersecurity, service management, or related area.
• Experience advising senior leaders and leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Subject matter expertise to perform CNS functions with broad IT governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate contractor execution across SAF/CNS.
• Brief senior DAF leaders on IT objectives, policy decisions, modernization progress, risks.
• Coordinate across SAF/CNZ, SAF/CNB, SAF/CND, SAF/CTO, OSD and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve team work products for technical accuracy and readiness.
• Maintain division trackers and governance actions, milestones, and risks.
• Provide executive-level technical guidance and decision support.
