Job summary

Credence in the Washington, DC area seeks a SAF/CNB Division Lead to act as the senior contractor representative and daily integration lead for all SAF/CNB work, guiding architecture, governance, and program delivery.

This role requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance, a STEM or related degree, 8+ years of senior governance or enterprise-architecture experience, and the ability to coordinate across BMA, data, cloud, and AI functions in a hybrid NCR setting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM, data, architecture, business, finance, or information-systems field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in governance, architecture, IT portfolio or asset management, or data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate contractor execution across SAF/CNB work and interface with SAF/CNB leadership.
• Provide guidance on governance, strategy alignment, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Translate priorities into coordinated work plans, roadmaps, and decision briefs.
• Oversee architecture metadata, portfolio reviews, and RMF coordination across ~360 BMA systems.
• Mentor personnel, manage staffing, schedule, and risk to maintain performance.
