Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a SAF/CNS Division Lead to serve as the senior contractor representative and day-to-day integration lead for all SAF/CNS work. The Lead will fill CNS assignments as needed while guiding the full team to timely, accurate, and well-governed outputs for government leadership.

The role requires a TS clearance, 12+ years in enterprise IT/cyber, and strong leadership across DoD/Federal environments, with hybrid NCR work and possible Pentagon liaison.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent with extensive IT policy and architecture experience.
• 12+ years in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or modernization.
• Experience advising senior leaders in Federal/DoD environments.
• Subject matter expertise across CNS technical functions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead division-level integration and interface with SAF/CNS leadership.
• Translate priorities into coordinated work plans, decisions, and outcomes.
• Mentor personnel and elevate staffing, schedule, or risk decisions.
• Review and approve team work products for technical accuracy and governance traceability.
