Job summary

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court seeks a SACWIS Coordinator to manage statewide child welfare data within SACWIS, ensuring timely entry of assessments, placement details and case plans. You will coordinate with the State Title IV-E Department and other agencies to maintain compliance and support audits.

The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data handling, and familiarity with ODJFS policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SACWIS data entry and case documentation.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines in a court setting.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of ODJFS policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Title IV-E juvenile court placement data collection.
• Acts as liaison between Juvenile Court and State Title IV-E Department.
• Initiates cases in SACWIS within 7 days of placement.
• Reviews placement journal entries for accuracy per ODJFS guidelines.
• Maintains timely data entry for assessments, plans and updates.
• Interfaces with SACWIS Helpdesk to resolve reports.
• Prepares reports and supports audits and Medicaid processes.
