Sacramento Call Center Agent - Medicaid and Medicare

Join Fortuna's team as a full-time Medicare/Medicaid call center agent working remotely from your home. We seek experienced high-volume call center professionals with at least six months of call center operations experience. Candidates must live within 50 miles of Sacramento, California. Proficiency in Office 365, handling high call volumes, and multitasking are essential. We provide necessary home office equipment and paid training.

This role begins on June 10, 2025, with a 4-week paid training. You will need to visit the Roseville facility to collect your office equipment.

Work Details
  • Worksite: Remote, within 50 miles of Roseville, CA
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $18.00/hour
