Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager for Sacral Neuromodulation to oversee clinical development and lead the regional field team across AZ, CO, NM, NV, UT. This role requires strategic leadership to improve efficiency and productivity while guiding coaching and development of clinical representatives.

You will partner with HR to recruit and maintain a strong bench, and collaborate with regional leadership to align goals with sales strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to manage conflict effectively and drive change.
Highly motivated with a proven track record.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Energetic, organized, determined and goal-oriented.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical setting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the clinical representatives; conduct field rides and meetings to align regional goals.
Oversee policy compliance and administrative responsibilities of the clinical team.
Drive clinical excellence in sacral neuromodulation therapies and education of the pipeline.
Collaborate with HR to recruit and maintain a diverse candidate bench for future openings.
Support field to drive sales development and product/therapy knowledge.
