Job summary

Comal ISD is seeking a SACC Program Supervisor to manage the district’s SACC program, supervise operations and personnel, and provide leadership to ensure high standards of afterschool services.

The role requires an Associate’s degree with at least three years of related experience; CPR and First Aid are required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The candidate will work in New Braunfels, TX, with responsibilities spanning operations, compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates are required or preferred as stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to SACC staff & sites.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate communication between staff, families, and administration.
• Develop curriculum outlines and maintain district records.
• Manage program events and field trips to ensure student safety.
