Job summary

Comal ISD School Age Child Care (SACC) New Braunfels, Texas seeks a Site Assistant to support on-site program operations and enrichment activities. You will supervise a small staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure policy implementation.

You will collaborate with the site lead, school staff, and families, handling discipline and daily administration while stepping in for the Site Lead when needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates required.
• 2 years childcare facility instruction experience OR 1 year CISD/SACC program experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing SACC policies and procedures on site.
• Supervise a small staff (2-12) and coordinate schedules.
• Oversee enrichment activities and handle discipline resolutions.
• Serve as liaison between site lead, staff, SACC leadership, school staff and families.
• Fill in for Site Lead when necessary.
