Aquatech International LLC in Sabine Pass, LA seeks a Junior Operator to monitor and operate industrial water treatment processes, ensuring safety and compliance. The role includes recording operations, performing quality checks, and assisting with chemical handling and water sample collection on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has hands-on plant experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, with TWIC and safety awareness.

Qualificações

• Experience operating industrial water treatment plants (pretreatment, demineralization, RO, EDI, ZLD).
• High School Diploma and TWIC Card.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor plant operation and keep operation records.
• Carry out quality checks and chemistry control.
• Report abnormalities to the plant supervisor.
• Load and unload consumable chemicals; load treated water into trucks.
• Monitor filter press operation and coordinate sludge storage.
• Assist in water sample collection and basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine checks and assist in plant operations as required.

The plant consists of a large installation of ACF, MMF, RO, and FEDITM. The hours are a DuPont 12 / Cheniere shift. The Junior Operator will report to the O&M Manager and will perform the duties described in the job description below and will considered a Non-Exempt employee.The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, organized, ability to interpret instructions, and attention to detail.
