Aquatech International LLC is hiring a Water Treatment Plant Operator for our Spring Hill, Florida site. The role is full-time, non-exempt, requiring hands-on operation of industrial water treatment processes and strict adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate communicates well, stays organized, interprets instructions accurately, and pays close attention to detail. Responsibilities include monitoring, sampling, reporting, and assisting in maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial water treatment plants.
• Knowledge of PT, DM, RO, DAF, Digestors and wastewater units.
• Ability to pass pre-employment 5‑Panel test.

Responsabilités

• Monitor plant operation and performance.
• Keep records of operation and chemistry.
• Carry out quality checks and adjust controls.
• Report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Load/unload consumables and chemicals safely.
• Load treated water into trucks for transport.
• Monitor filter press operation and sludge handling.
• Assist other operators and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Water Treatment Plant Operator will perform the duties described in the job description below, and be considered a non-exempt employee.The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be organized, have the ability to interpret instructions, and have an attention to detail.
