Job summary

Rentvine in Estero, FL is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as a critical contact for clients, delivering expert-level assistance across accounting, operational and platform inquiries.

You’ll manage inbound support across phone, email, and chat, own tickets end-to-end, and collaborate with Tier 2, Engineering, and Product teams to drive resolution. Ideal candidates bring hands-on SaaS support experience and strong accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer success—ideally SaaS.
• Methodical troubleshooting with clear documentation of steps and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce) and multi-tasking.
• Customer-first mindset; able to work in a fast-paced environment; onsite or remote within Florida.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with prompt, professional responses.
• Guide customers through Rentvine features and best practices for efficiency.
• Create, manage, update, and resolve support tickets with thorough documentation.
• Meet or exceed SLAs, CSAT, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Tier 2, Engineering, and Product teams to drive resolution.
