Job summary

Lexia Informatics Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to guide the ongoing improvement and integrity of our online student and educator apps, collaborating with UX, Engineering, QA, Content, and Learning Design in a remote-first environment.

You will translate business needs into technical feature definitions, manage the backlog, and craft release notes while communicating plans and progress to stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least four (4) years of experience in technical product management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and QA as a product manager.
• Experience with online SaaS products is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand strategic business goals for the product and align roadmaps accordingly.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify feature updates and additions.
• Explain technical constraints and dependencies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation and release notes.
• Manage backlogs, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
