Job summary

LCPtracker, Inc. is a cloud-based software provider specializing in labor compliance for public works construction projects. The Support Technician will handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, learn the LCPtracker platform, and assist customers with technical issues.

Based in Orange, CA, this full-time, non-exempt role reports onsite to the Orange office. The position requires up to 25% travel and includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone calls and answer daily emails professionally.
• Learn and provide support for LCPtracker software and systems.
• Use multiple web applications simultaneously to resolve issues.
• Document all communications in Salesforce CRM and follow up on cases.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and maintain high service quality.
