Pitchbox is seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist to own our X, Facebook, and Instagram presence for four SaaS products. You will write posts, edit short videos, reply to comments and DMs, and publish content daily.

You will turn our blog posts, guides, webinars, and product releases into posts that people save and share while tracking performance with UTMs and GA4 basics. This is a fully remote role in 2026, offering autonomy and direct impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running social media for a brand, ideally B2B or SaaS.
• You did the posting yourself with linkable accounts.
• Hands-on experience with X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok.
• Capable of shooting and editing short vertical video on your own.
• Excellent written English and ability to craft concise copy.
• Comfort with numbers, GA4 basics, and UTMs.
• You move fast on trends and news without getting sloppy.

Responsibilities

• Run our X, Facebook, and Instagram accounts day to day for four SaaS products.
• Plan the calendar, write copy, and publish natively on each platform.
• Create short vertical videos and repurpose across formats.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; route questions to the right owner.
• Engage in relevant conversations on X and test new formats and hooks.
• Track reach, engagement, followers, and signups with UTMs; weekly reports.
• Monitor competitors and industry news for timely topics.
