Job summary

Pitchbox is seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist to own our X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit presence. You’ll write posts, produce short videos, reply to interactions, and track results daily for our marketing automation products.

You’ll work independently, no team management, and you’ll stay ahead of trends, optimize content with UTMs and GA4, and report weekly on reach and signups from social channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social media for a brand (B2B or SaaS preferred).
• Provide links to accounts you’ve run with measurable results.
• Hands-on with X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok in 2026.
• Ability to shoot and edit vertical video on mobile with Descript/CapCut/Filmora.

Responsibilities

• Run brand social channels every day for multiple SaaS products.
• Create posts, short videos, respond to comments and DMs.
• Plan calendar, publish natively, track performance with UTMs and GA4.
• Join conversations on X and monitor trends; report weekly metrics.
