Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Staff SaaS Security Engineer to lead deployment, integration, and operation of SSPM and SaaS threat monitoring across the enterprise SaaS ecosystem. You will partner with application and platform owners to onboard SaaS apps and improve security posture through automation and governance.

This role emphasizes designing telemetry, implementing security controls via APIs, and delivering measurable security metrics while guiding the organization toward stronger cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years of info security focused on SaaS/cloud/identity.
• 5+ years hands-on with SSPM, CASB or threat protection platforms.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and operation of SSPM and threat monitoring across enterprise SaaS.
• Onboard SaaS applications and implement security controls via API integrations.
• Design integrations, telemetry, and automation for continuous visibility.
• Develop SaaS security standards, architecture documentation, and implementation guidelines.
• Track and report SaaS security metrics and remediation progress.
