$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking a high-performing, motivated, and well-connected Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive with deep knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem. This role is responsible for selling our cloud-based platform and solutions to institutional clients including investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, and data providers.

You will own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals. This is a quota-carrying position with significant upside for top performers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate Tier 1 and Tier 2 capital markets firms
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects using industry relationships, outbound efforts, and events
  • Lead product demos, RFP processes, and commercial negotiations with stakeholders including trading desks, CTOs, compliance, and procurement
  • Partner closely with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Accurately forecast and report sales performance using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts to position our product effectively

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling into capital markets
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas annually, ideally in a complex B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of the capital markets landscape: front office, middle office, and data workflows
  • Strong existing relationships with decision-makers at hedge funds, banks, and exchanges
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical integrations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or finance/engineering background is a plus

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling solutions related to: data infrastructure, trading systems, compliance tech, or alternative data
  • Knowledge of FIX protocols, market data APIs, or regulatory reporting (e.g., MiFID, SEC/FINRA)
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Competitive base salary ($130k–$180k DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE $250k–$400k+)
