Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize CRM systems to align with evolving sales, revenue, and CS processes.
• Integrate and manage revenue platforms beyond the CRM, including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project tracking tools.
• Establish and document operational workflows that promote system adoption among stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across interconnected systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Produce clear, actionable documentation and reports for transparency and usability.
