Job summary

Flosum is seeking a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst to own the measurement layer of the business. You’ll manage ARR, net retention, churn, and revenue recognition across Salesforce and QuickBooks, delivering executive-ready insights.

This analytical role goes beyond reporting: you will connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes, model scenarios, and support CEO-level decision making with defensible metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations or FP&A.
• Proficient in Salesforce, and QuickBooks Online to map data to financial outcomes.
• Strong ability to build and interpret financial models in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SaaS metrics infrastructure (ARR, churn, cohort retention).
• Reconcile Salesforce bookings with QuickBooks revenue entries.
• Produce monthly/quarterly leadership financial and revenue packages with variance analysis.
• Model scenarios for pricing, bundling, expansion, and headcount.
• Monitor pipeline health and translate data into revenue forecasts with clear assumptions.
• Ensure data integrity between CRM and accounting systems and support board reporting.
