Job summary

Flosum, a Salesforce-native platform company, seeks a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst to own the measurement layer of our business and connect ops data to financial outcomes. You will work across Salesforce and QuickBooks to build an always-current view of performance and surface insights for leadership.

You’ll own the SaaS metrics infrastructure, reconcile data for a single source of truth, and produce monthly and quarterly packages for the CEO and board.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce data structures and reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, chart of accounts design and revenue categorization.
• Understanding ASC 606 revenue recognition for multi-product SaaS.
• Ability to build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Think in cohorts; distinguish bookings, billings and revenue with precision.
• Meticulous data integrity and skeptical about numbers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SaaS metrics infrastructure (ARR waterfall, cohort retention, revenue schedules).
• Reconcile Salesforce bookings with QuickBooks revenue entries for a single truth source.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership.
• Model scenarios for pricing, bundling, geography, and headcount investments.
• Monitor pipeline health and translate data into revenue forecasts with assumptions.
• Ensure data integrity between CRM and accounting systems and flag discrepancies.
• Support board and investor reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
