Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional SaaS deployment projects within a matrixed organization. You will drive project plans, manage milestones, and coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful implementation.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a background in SaaS and ideally public safety tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree a plus.
• Experience navigating and leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in developing project documentation and cloud-based document management.
• Experience with public safety communications systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan and manage it with automated tools and processes.
• Drive on-time delivery by tracking milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and implement contingency plans.
• Lead implementation and hand off to Support and Success teams.
