Job summary

EvolveNXT, a leading enterprise software provider for insurance and brokerage operations, seeks a Business Process & Quality Analyst to strengthen operational excellence across Customer Success. The role translates business needs into EvolveNXT configurations, documents processes, and ensures quality across client delivery and internal workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance, accounting, business, IT, data science or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis or quality assurance within SaaS/health tech/data environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into design and validating configurations.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into actionable solution designs and configure the EvolveNXT platform.
• Develop and maintain process maps and workflow documentation for consistency and scalability.
• Conduct proactive QA reviews to verify configurations and prevent client impact.
• Investigate defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze performance data to identify efficiency gains and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Development and Customer Success teams.
• Support new client implementations and ongoing setup activities with timely deliverables.
• Act as a secondary client contact for technical questions and issue resolution.
