Job summary

CapTech is seeking a hands-on SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise SaaS and select on‑prem platforms. You’ll drive automation, security, and scalability while partnering with ITOperations, InfoSec, and business teams to design scalable solutions and set operational standards.

You’ll influence tooling, architecture, and governance, with autonomy to improve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and broader cloud tooling in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in enterprise settings.
• Trusted technical advisor and escalation point for IT stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft 365 suite experience including Entra ID, Copilot and Power Platform.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and macOS/Windows CLI.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of SaaS and on‑prem platforms for CapTech employees.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and insights.
• Design and automate configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI agents, APIs, workflows) for provisioning and audits.
• Design and manage SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC) for secure access.
• Collaborate with Security and IT leadership on governance and least-privilege.
