Job summary

CapTech is seeking a hands‑on SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise application ecosystem. You’ll drive automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization, partnering with ITOperations, InfoSec, and business teams.

You’ll lead automation, manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem components, and influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards with autonomy and visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience administering complex cloud‑based SaaS in enterprise settings.
• Able to serve as trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot.
• Familiar with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and cross‑ platform CLI experience.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on‑prem platforms.
• Evaluate and pilot AI tools to improve productivity and operational insight.
• Design and improve configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI agents, APIs, workflows) for provisioning and audits.
• Serve as SME for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Copilot).
• Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
• Partner with Security/IT Leadership to enforce least‑privilege and governance.
• Influence change management aligning with ITIL.
• Analyze trends and usage to inform roadmaps.
