Job summary

CapTech is seeking a SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise SaaS ecosystem. You will drive automation, security, and scalability across the organization, partnering with ITOperations, InfoSec, and business teams to design scalable solutions.

You will lead automation initiatives, manage Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Copilot, and influence architecture and access models with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot).
• Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Understanding identity, authentication, and authorization models.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical owner for SaaS and on-prem platforms.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.
• Design, implement, and improve application configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows).
• Manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
• Enforce least-privilege access, governance, and audit readiness.
• Influence ITIL-aligned change management.
• Analyze trends to inform roadmap decisions.
