Job summary

CapTech Consulting seeks a SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise SaaS and cloud platform portfolio. You’ll drive automation, security, scalability, and UX improvements, partnering with IT operations, InfoSec, and business teams to design scalable solutions and set architecture standards.

Autonomy to influence tooling, architecture, and operational practices, plus deep exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud platforms, offers meaningful scope and visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings.
• Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot), Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Configuring SaaS platforms and identity/authentication models; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on-prem platforms.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and insight.
• Design, implement, and improve application configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows) for provisioning and audits.
• Serve as SME for the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot).
• Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC with secure access patterns.
• Partner with Security/IT to enforce least-privilege and audit readiness.
• Influence change management aligned with ITIL while balancing agility and stability.
