Job summary

Keylent Inc. is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead cross-functional teams responsible for secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS platforms. You will guide platforms and delivery practices for Java 21, Node.js, Kafka events, and infrastructure on OpenShift and AWS.

In a shared-responsibility model, you’ll partner with Enterprise IT to align product needs with enterprise standards and drive delivery across multiple teams with strong leadership and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infra, or related discipline.
• Experience leading tech teams and coordinating across multiple groups.
• Ability to manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and communicate risks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, diplomacy, and negotiation.
• Experience with SaaS products and customer-facing apps; strong tech leadership.
• Hands-on with Java 21, Kafka, OpenShift, AWS, Snowflake, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with observability tools and IaC/automation practices.
