Kanshe Infotech Inc. is seeking a Lead DevOps Platform Engineer to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency across Sales Technology systems. Hybrid role in Austin, TX / Charlotte, NC with remote consideration and ongoing contract through Dec 2027.

You will lead DevOps, platform engineering, and automation efforts, building scalable CI/CD with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Octopus Deploy while improving observability with Grafana and Kibana.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps, Platform Engineering, and SRE experience.
• Experience building or scaling DevOps capabilities from scratch.
• Expertise in Python, PowerShell, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
• Hands-on Citrix infrastructure and Kubernetes/OpenShift experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale DevOps platforms and automate tasks using Python/PowerShell.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Octopus Deploy.
• Implement monitoring and observability with Grafana and Kibana.
• Support production operations, on-call rotations, and incident reviews.
• Manage Citrix, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux/Windows, and database environments.
