Job summary

CORT in Everett, WA is hiring a full-time Business Systems Administrator to manage the core SaaS platform, Point of Rental, bridging business units and technical teams. The hybrid role includes work from Everett and a home office, with occasional travel to Fife for office coordination.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $92,000 per year, depending on experience. Requires 3–5 years of admin experience with Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot or Workday, plus strong data and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct experience administering business-critical software applications (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday).
• Strong proficiency in platform tools, basic API concepts, and advanced data manipulation (Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• User management: provision, configure, audit user accounts, access levels, and security profiles.
• System configuration: align platform with evolving business needs; collaborate on feature requests and technical requirements.
• Integration support: monitor and support integrations (Tax, Payments, RFID, Dispatch); coordinate fixes with teams and vendors.
• Feature rollouts: coordinate testing, deployments, onboarding of new integrations.
• Data and reporting: maintain data integrity; build dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Support: be primary contact for daily platform support; triage issues and liaise between teams.
• Training: create guides and SOPs; help teams adopt new processes.
• On-site: assist I.T. with hardware activation; act as liaison between IT and business users.
• Other duties as assigned.
