Job summary

The Signatry is hiring an Applications Systems Administrator for a hybrid in-office/WFH role in the Kansas City area. You will own day-to-day administration of 4–8 business systems (FMS, CRM, identity, ticketing), maintain configuration, access, licenses, and lifecycle records across the stack.

You will coordinate with 2–3 managed service providers on routine support and incidents, and guide license, renewal, and configuration decisions within roughly a $50K–$150K envelope.

Qualifications

• Alignment with The Signatry values and mission.
• 3–5 years in system administration, IT support, or SaaS configuration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Strong, detail-oriented multi-tasking with deadlines.
• Experience with SaaS lifecycle management, license administration, and configuration documentation.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of 4–8 business systems (e.g., FMS, CRM, identity, ticketing).
• Coordinate with 2–3 managed service providers for routine support and incidents.
• Recommend license, renewal, configuration, and vendor decisions within an annual envelope (~$50K–$150K).
• Provide end-user support and training; lead platform releases, testing, and rollback planning.
• Maintain data privacy by enforcing access controls, audit logs, and baselines.
