Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer - SaaS Integration to lead the onboarding, integration, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical SaaS platforms for CSSP. This hands-on technical leadership role spans CI/CD, IaC, and automated deployment across Linux, cloud, and security domains.

You will collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions within a DoD context and manage change management, upgrades, and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Hands-on DevOps, platform, cloud engineering, or enterprise SaaS integration experience.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, infrastructure automation, and configuration management solutions.
• Experience with containers, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment tools.
• Strong Linux administration, DNS, TLS/SSL certificates, proxies, and application connectivity.
• Experience integrating SaaS or third-party applications with enterprise identity management, logging, cloud, and security services.
• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across applications, OS, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate across engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, integration, deployment, and sustainment of SaaS platforms and Tier 3 applications for CSSP.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, configuration management, and automated deployment workflows.
• Develop scalable DevOps solutions to streamline application integration and improve reliability.
• Integrate SaaS apps with enterprise authentication, APIs, logging, certificates, networking, and security tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues across Linux, cloud, applications, networking, and security environments.
• Serve as technical escalation point for SaaS integration and deployment challenges.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and task prioritization for DevOps activities.
• Create reusable automation scripts, deployment templates, runbooks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure secure service delivery.
• Support change management, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
