Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience.
Experience with relational databases and SQL querying.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

Aids onboarding of new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform.
Conducts comprehensive training sessions for clients on the Clearwater platform.
Communicates project status, issues, and risks clearly and timely.
Troubleshoots and resolves client issues during implementation.
Manages client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the process.
Provides consultancy to ensure goals align with project plans.
Escalates risks and issues to the Project Manager as needed.
Applies skills and best practices to complete tasks accurately.
