You will develop product knowledge, sharpen project management skills, and build a foundation for a career in implementation consulting within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing SaaS or consulting role
• Experience with project coordination or structured implementation
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical workstreams
• Organized, detail-oriented, with urgency to complete tasks
• Collaborative, cross-functional problem solver

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings with agendas, notes, action items and clear expectations
• Translate customer needs into product configurations with guidance
• Manage stakeholder communication and timelines to keep implementations on track
• Assist with spend migrations and end-user adoption during deployment
• Introduce integration concepts and coordinate with Technical Consultants for complex needs
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM with basic documentation for continuity
• Deliver standard change-management templates and lead training sessions
• Collaborate within Implementation team to feed back on client experience and drive improvements
