Job summary

GetResponse is seeking a Senior Social & Content Marketer to shape our social presence and storytelling globally and in Poland. You will own channels, drive growth, and translate creative ideas into measurable results across a mix of content formats.

You’ll work with the Brand & Content Marketing Lead to set strategy, test new ideas, and collaborate with the Video & Campaigns Manager and Brand team to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years managing social media for a SaaS, B2B tech or digital brand.
• Track record of growing social channels and delivering measurable results.
• Experience linking social activity to business outcomes (UTMs, reporting).
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of blog, newsletters or campaign copy.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from brief to execution.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or HeyGen.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
• Confidence appearing on camera and creating bilingual content.
• Ability to balance creativity with a professional B2B brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our social presence across global and Polish channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, driving reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Plan, create and publish social content daily, testing formats and storytelling for a professional B2B audience.
• Build relationships with our audience through community management and advocacy initiatives.
• Turn social into a pipeline driver with demo requests, trials and referrals.
• Run experiments and analyze performance, turning insights into measurable improvements.
• Create content beyond social media, including blog articles, newsletters, landing pages and assets.
• Lead cross-functional marketing projects from brief to execution and reporting.
