Job summary

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation seeks a SaaS Systems Manager to oversee and optimize the organization’s SaaS ecosystem. You will lead licensing, vendor management, platform evaluations, and compliance to maximize value, security, and efficiency from technology investments.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced with software administration, IT operations, and cloud-based business applications. Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in SaaS administration, software asset management, IT systems administration, procurement, or related roles.
• Experience managing software licensing and subscription-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud applications and SaaS environments.
• Experience working with vendors, contracts, and software renewals.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer the SaaS management platform to maintain visibility into all managed and unmanaged software applications.
• Identify unauthorized, redundant, or underutilized applications and recommend consolidation or removal.
• Develop and maintain an approved software catalog and governance standards.
• Monitor SaaS usage, adoption trends, and licensing compliance.
• Establish processes to evaluate and approve new software requests.
• Manage license and subscription lifecycles, renewals, and vendor commitments.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new software solutions; perform vendor evaluations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand requirements and gaps.
• Produce executive dashboards and reports on software spend and usage.
