Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Manager of FP&A to partner with senior leadership in a private-equity-backed SaaS company with an embedded payments business.

The role owns forecasting, performance transparency, and analytics, shaping the financial narrative and delivering insights to drive growth and margin expansion. You will supervise planning processes, build scalable BI using Tableau and other tools, and leverage AI-enabled forecasting to automate reporting and improve decision support

Competenze

5+ years of FP&A, analytics, or PE/VC operating experience.
Experience with SaaS unit economics and cohort analysis.
Advanced Tableau dashboard development is required.

Mansioni

Own annual operating plans and rolling forecasts end-to-end.
Model growth initiatives, pricing, payments economics, and capital allocation.
Report on ARR, MRR, churn, LTV/CAC, and other SaaS metrics.
Develop executive Tableau dashboards with real-time performance insights.
Prepare board materials and ad-hoc investor requests.
Automate FP&A and BI processes using AI-enabled forecasting.
