Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A, analytics, or PE/VC operating experience with demonstrated ownership of financial models and forecasts.
• Strong command of SaaS unit economics, cohort analysis, and growth levers.
• Advanced Tableau skills with hands-on dashboard development (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plans, long-range models, and rolling forecasts end-to-end.
• Model growth initiatives, pricing, payments economics, and capital allocation decisions.
• Report and analyze SaaS/payments metrics: ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV/CAC, payment volume and take rate.
• Develop executive Tableau dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
• Prepare board-ready reporting and ad-hoc investor requests.
• Perform variance analysis with root-cause insights and corrective actions.
• Leverage AI-enabled forecasting and automation to improve efficiency and precision.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Payments and Ops to influence data-driven decisions.
