Adonis, a New York-based AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle platform, is hiring a hands-on Finance Manager. You will own core financial processes, lead the monthly close with an external accounting partner, and deliver insights to executives and investors to drive growth.

The role emphasizes AI and automation to speed up close, improve accuracy, and reduce manual work. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning, while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance and/or accounting.
• Minimum 2 years in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP revenue recognition in B2B SaaS.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close with external accounting partner.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering on budgeting and expense plans.
• Improve forecasting for revenue and operating expenses with clear models.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to speed up close and reporting.
• Maintain SaaS metrics such as ARR/CARR, retention, and variance to plan.
• Deliver actionable insights for executives and investors and support fundraising diligence.
• Implement scalable processes for billing, revenue planning, and reporting.
• Create ad-hoc models for deal valuation, pricing, and revenue forecasting.
