Job summary
Seeq is seeking a detailed Financial Analyst to support sales commissions, SaaS metrics, and financial reporting.
Reporting to the VP of FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Accounting, you will ensure commission accuracy and provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions. This role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close in a remote-first software company.
You will collaborate across Finance and cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own sales commission calculations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Track key SaaS metrics such as ARR and retention for monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for leadership/investors.
- Assist budgeting/forecasting and headcount reporting.
- Identify and improve processes for commission calculations and reporting.
