Qualifications

• Five years of direct QA/IV&V/audit experience on large ERP implementations.
• Direct experience evaluating release and environment management for SaaS ERP.
• Experience assessing release coordination across environment tracks.
• Experience assessing cross-system release dependencies and readiness gates.
• Strong evidence analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Independently assess SaaS ERP release and environment management practices.
• Evaluate release coordination across development, testing, and production environment tracks.
• Assess cross-system release dependencies and scheduling conflicts.
• Review environment readiness gates and supporting evidence.
• Evaluate platform release impacts against implementation milestones.
• Identify risks affecting testing, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Produce documented findings and contribute to monthly QA reporting.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of direct QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance experience on large ERP implementations.
• Direct experience assessing release and environment management on a SaaS ERP implementation.
• Experience evaluating release coordination across environment tracks.
• Experience assessing cross-system release dependencies and environment readiness gates.
• Strong evidence analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday biannual release cycle experience.
• Release compatibility and feature deprecation impact assessment experience.
• Public-sector or multi-wave ERP implementations.
• Workday Financials assurance experience.

This responsibility may be combined with a Workday Financials specialist assignment when qualifications and availability support both functions. Certifications do not replace required experience.
