Job summary

accel bi corporation is seeking two Workday Financials specialists for an independent QA engagement supporting One Washington. You will apply hands-on implementation knowledge to assess configuration, platform risks, release impacts, and deployment readiness.

The team will evaluate deployment guidance, release compatibility, and integration readiness, delivering evidence-based findings to inform transition readiness and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• At least five years of direct QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance experience on large ERP implementations.
• Direct hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience in QA, configuration, implementation, or assurance.
• Ability to assess technical and functional artifacts and clearly explain implementation risks.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess Workday Financials configuration and implementation decisions.
• Evaluate alignment with Workday standard deployment guidance and document deviations.
• Review release compatibility, feature deprecation impacts, and release timing against program milestones.
• Assess configuration and integration dependencies affecting readiness.
• Review implementation artifacts and produce evidence‑based findings.
• Support transition readiness assessments and executive QA reporting.

Required Qualifications

Across the two selected specialists, the team must include:

• At least one specialist with direct public‑sector Workday Financials implementation experience.
• At least one specialist with experience assessing Workday’s biannual releases, compatibility, feature deprecation, and release window coordination.
• At least one specialist with experience assessing configuration decisions against Workday standard deployment guidance.

Candidates should identify which of these requirements they meet. One specialist may demonstrate multiple areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Large, multi‑agency or multi-wave Workday implementations.
• ERP configuration, architecture, or integration assessment experience.
• SaaS ERP release and environment management assessment experience.
• Certifications may supplement, but do not replace, the required experience.
