Job summary

accel bi corporation seeks an experienced Independent QA Engagement Lead to support Washington State's One Washington modernization program. You will lead independent program assurance, evaluate delivery risks, and provide evidence-based recommendations to executive leadership.

You will oversee methodology, staffing, and reporting for major ERP initiatives, ensuring independence, rigorous governance, and timely escalation of risks to drive successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of senior program management on large ERP implementations.
• Direct delivery accountability as a Program Manager/Director on an ERP project with a total budget of $30M+.
• At least five years of independent assurance experience on large ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
• Engagement Lead experience on independent assurance for programs with $30M+ budgets.
• Direct experience with multi-cohort/multi-wave ERP implementations (wave readiness, cutover, stabilization).
• Experience developing and operating risk indicator frameworks and escalation thresholds.
• Ability to communicate findings to executive leadership and maintain integrity under pressure.

You will lead independent program assurance, evaluate delivery risks, and provide evidence-based recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Direct delivery accountability as a Program Manager, Program Director, or equivalent on at least one ERP implementation with a total program budget of $30 million or more.
• At least five years of independent assurance experience on large ERP or comparable enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience as Engagement Lead or equivalent on an independent assurance engagement for a program with a total budget of $30 million or more.
• Direct experience with multi-cohort or multi-division, multi-wave ERP implementations, including wave readiness, cutover decisions, or stabilization.
• Experience developing and operating risk indicator frameworks and threshold-based escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate findings to executive leadership and maintain finding integrity under program or vendor pressure.

Both senior delivery accountability and independent assurance leadership are required. Certifications do not replace these experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on ERP programs exceeding $50 million.
• Coordination of independent QA and IV&V engagements.
• Mainframe integration or legacy-system transition assessment experience.
