Job summary

fullthrottle.ai is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our fast-moving SaaS platform. You will own platform reliability, security integration, and automation, collaborating with engineering, security, and product teams to deliver scalable services on AWS.

The role emphasizes building CI/CD pipelines, incident response, compliance with SOC2, and observability. You will help implement security controls, runbooks, and recovery procedures, driving continuous improvement in a cloud-native startup

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure, preferably SaaS/cloud-native.
• Experience managing production AWS workloads is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and security practices.
• Familiarity with SOC2 and other compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health, deployment, monitoring of our AWS-based SaaS platform.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure delivery.
• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with SOC2/compliance requirements.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Create runbooks, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation for scalability.
