Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development with Microsoft stack (.NET/C#) and modern front-end frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience with microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or similar containers.
• Direct experience with AI-based development tools in SDLC (Agentic coding concepts).
• Proven ability to apply engineering metrics (DORA, SPACE) to improve quality and speed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to align engineering with product goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow high-performing software development teams for a SaaS product initiative.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects to ensure commitments.
• Drive Azure-native observability, CI/CD, and secure-by-default design.
